Mitchell E. Hersh

President, Chief Executive Officer, and Member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation

Mitchell E. Hersh has served as a member of the Board of Directors and as
a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors since 1997.
He serves as chief executive officer and president of the Company. Mr.
Hersh is responsible for the strategic direction and long-term planning
for the Company. He is also responsible for creating and implementing the
Company's capital markets strategy and overall investment strategy.

Additionally, Mr. Hersh serves as the chairman and chief executive
officer of The Gale Real Estate Services Company, a subsidiary of
Mack-Cali.

Prior to joining the Company, he served as a partner of The Mack Company
since 1982 and as chief operating officer of The Mack Company since 1990,
where he was responsible for overseeing the development, operations,
leasing, and acquisitions of The Mack Company's office and industrial
portfolio.

Mr. Hersh was recently appointed by Governor Corzine to a new blue ribbon advisory panel known as the New Jersey Real Estate Advisory Board. He serves on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and has served on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), where he currently sits on the Board of Trustees. Mr. Hersh also serves on the Board of Trustees of Montclair State University. Mr. Hersh has a B.A. degree in architecture from Ohio University.

Barry Lefkowitz

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Barry Lefkowitz has served as chief financial officer of the Company since 1996, and as executive vice president of the Company since 1997.

Mr. Lefkowitz oversees the firm's strategic financial planning and forecasting, financial accounting and reporting, capital markets activities, investor relations, and information technology systems. In addition, since 2004, Mr. Lefkowitz has been responsible for oversight of the Company's property management and asset management operations.

Mr. Lefkowitz served as a vice president of the Company from 1994 to 1997. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lefkowitz served as a senior manager with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP, specializing in real estate, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to having served as co-chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) Accounting Committee, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Lefkowitz holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Brooklyn College.

Roger W. Thomas

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Roger W. Thomas has served as general counsel of the Company since 1994, and as executive vice president and secretary of the Company since 1997. Mr. Thomas's responsibilities include structuring and implementing the Company's acquisitions and mergers, corporate governance, supervising outside legal counsel, overseeing risk management, and ensuring environmental and legal compliance and the preparation of required disclosure documents.

Mr. Thomas also assists the Company in investment strategies, financial activities, acquisitions, and dispositions. Mr. Thomas served as a vice president and assistant secretary of the Company from 1994 to 1997.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Thomas was a partner at the law firm of Dreyer & Traub in New York, specializing in real estate and commercial transactions. Mr. Thomas holds a B.S.B.A. degree in finance and a J.D. degree (with honors) from the University of Denver.

Michael A. Grossman

Executive Vice President

Michael A. Grossman has served as executive vice president of the Company since 2000. Since 2004, he has been responsible for overseeing the Company's leasing and investment activities. Prior to 2004, Mr. Grossman was responsible for overseeing the Company's New York, Connecticut, and northern New Jersey (Bergen and Passaic counties) regions. Previously, he served as senior vice president of the Company in 2000, and as vice president of the Company from 1997 to January 2000.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Grossman served as vice president of leasing for The Robert Martin Company since 1991, where he was responsible for leasing throughout Westchester and Fairfield counties.

Mr. Grossman is a member of the Board of Directors of the Westchester County Association, Inc. He previously served as treasurer of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Grossman attended the University of South Florida and is a graduate of New York City Technical College.

Mark Yeager

Executive Vice President

Mark Yeager has served as executive vice president of the Company since May 2006 and is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of The Gale Company since its acquisition by the Company in May 2006, including investment, development, third party property management, construction, leasing, and corporate advisory services.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Yeager was an employee of The Gale Company from 1990 to 2006 and served as president and chief investment officer of The Gale Company from 1993 to 2006 and oversaw The Gale Company's investment and development activities, implemented strategic initiatives designed to facilitate its growth and expansion, and pursued third-party corporate advisory, property management, and construction management relationships.

Prior to joining The Gale Company, Mr. Yeager was a commercial real estate investment broker for CB Commercial, where he handled the sales and leasing of income-producing office, industrial, and retail properties in the New Jersey market. Prior to entering the real estate field, he worked in corporate finance for Nabisco Brands. Mr. Yeager also is on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Regional Business Partnership and the Executive Committee for the Tri-County Scholarship Fund. Mr. Yeager is a graduate of Lehigh University, and he earned his M.B.A. degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he majored in marketing.

John Adderly

Vice President, Leasing

John Adderly is responsible for Mack-Cali's leasing efforts for its suburban Philadelphia, southern New Jersey, Maryland, and Washington, DC, regions.

He began his career with Mack-Cali in 2004 as regional director. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Adderly served as senior vice president of The Arden Group, where he was responsible for acquisition and disposition activities. His real estate experience also includes similar positions with The Rubenstein Company, Brandywine Realty Trust, and The Rodin Group.

Mr. Adderly is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He holds a B.A. degree from Temple University.

James A. Bell

Vice President, Property Management

James A. Bell is responsible for Mack-Cali's property management operations of its 6 million-square-foot portfolio in the Westchester County, New York, and Fairfield County, Connecticut, regions.

Mr. Bell began his career with the Robert Martin Company, predecessor company to Mack-Cali, in 1993 and served as a property manager. He has also held the positions of director of property management and senior director of property management. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bell was employed with the IBM Corporation where he held facilities management positions.

Mr. Bell is currently a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Westchester and Fairfield counties.

Diane Chayes

Vice President, Leasing

Diane Chayes is responsible for Mack-Cali's leasing efforts for the central New Jersey region, which includes Morris, Monmouth, Mercer, Somerset, Middlesex, Union, and Essex counties.

She began her career with Mack-Cali in 2000 and held positions in leasing as director, senior director, and managing director. Prior to joining Mack-Cali, Ms. Chayes held the position of senior vice president at Bender and Company.

Ms. Chayes holds a B.S. degree in management and real estate studies from Cedar Crest College.

John J. Crandall, AIA

Senior Vice President, Development

John J. Crandall is responsible for Mack-Cali's development activities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Associated with Mack-Cali and its predecessor companies, Cali Associates and Cali Realty Corporation, since 1988, Mr. Crandall held positions of director of leasing and architectural services, and vice president, leasing, for the New Jersey and Pennsylvania regions. Before joining the company, he served as Partner for Barrett A. Ginsberg, AIA, PA, an architectural firm. Mr. Crandall holds a B.A. degree in architecture from Kent State University.

Dean Cingolani

First Vice President, Property Management - Northern Region

Dean Cingolani is responsible for all of Mack-Cali's property management and tenant improvement operations consisting of 12.8 million square feet of class A office and flex space in Bergen, Essex, and Passaic counties in New Jersey; Rockland and Westchester counties in New York; and Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Mr. Cingolani began his career with the Robert Martin Company, predecessor company to Mack-Cali, in 1988, and served in the position of
director of technical services. During his tenure with Mack-Cali, he has held the positions of director of operations, senior director of property management, and vice president of property management.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Cingolani held the positions of chief engineer for Cushman & Wakefield in Norwalk, Connecticut, and for the Marriott Corporation and Colin Services in Westchester County, New York.

He is a current member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Westchester, New York, and has served on its board of directors. He holds his Journeyman's License for Heating and Cooling in Connecticut, and is a graduate of TCI of New Haven, Connecticut.

James T. Corrigan

Vice President, Property Management - Central Region

James T. Corrigan is responsible for the property management of Mack-Cali's assets in central New Jersey.

Associated with Mack-Cali since 1998, Mr. Corrigan has held the positions of senior director of property management and senior property manager.

Mr. Corrigan holds a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.S. degree from the U.S. Army War College. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of New Jersey, and has gained certification as a real property administrator (RPA).

Giovanni M. DeBari

Vice President, Corporate Controller

Giovanni M. DeBari is responsible for Mack-Cali's overall accounting and financial reporting matters. Mr. DeBari also assists the Company with accounting integration of mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, Mr. DeBari held the positions of controller and assistant controller with Mack-Cali.

Mr. DeBari is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree from Rutgers Business School at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Mr. DeBari is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).

Anthony P. DeCaro, Jr.

First Vice President, Property Management - Central Region

Anthony P. DeCaro is responsible for the property management of Mack-Cali's assets in central New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Associated with Mack-Cali and its predecessor companies, Cali Associates and Cali Realty Corporation, since 1980, Mr. DeCaro has held the positions of senior director of property management, senior property manager, and as a partner focusing on residential and commercial development, construction, and property management. Mr. DeCaro was also employed by Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co.

Mr. DeCaro holds a B.S. degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. A Certified Public Accountant (in New Jersey and New York), he is a member of both the New Jersey and New York State societies of certified public accountants.

Christopher DeLorenzo

Vice President, Leasing

Christopher DeLorenzo is responsible for Mack-Cali's leasing efforts for the northern New Jersey region—which includes Hudson, Bergen, and Passaic counties; Rockland County, New York; and the Company's property in Downtown Manhattan.

Mr. DeLorenzo joined Mack-Cali in 1998 and served in leasing as an associate director, director, senior director, and managing director. Previously, he was a real estate broker for Peter Elliot, LLC, a research analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, and a property tax analyst for the Stark Discovery Group.

Mr. DeLorenzo holds a B.S. degree in operations management from Syracuse University.

William Fitzpatrick

Vice President, Treasury

William Fitzpatrick is responsible for Mack-Cali's treasury functions, banking relationships, and financial projections.

Mr. Fitzpatrick started with the company as director of finance in 1998. Previously he served as associate director of real estate finance for the Standard & Poor's Corporation and as vice president of asset management with Prudential Realty Group.

Mr. Fitzpatrick received both a B.S. degree in agricultural economics and an M.S. degree in applied economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and has gained certifications as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Real Property Administrator (RPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI).

Anthony Krug

Senior Vice President, Finance

Anthony Krug is responsible for Mack-Cali's corporate consolidation and financial accounting matters, as well as financial compliance, accounting integration of mergers and acquisitions, cash flow management, and all external and internal financial reporting requirements of the Company.

Previously, Mr. Krug has held the position of vice president, finance; controller; and assistant controller with Mack-Cali and its predecessor companies, Cali Associates and Cali Realty Corporation.

Mr. Krug is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree in business administration from Richard Stockton State College of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).

John J. Marazzo

Vice President, Property Management

John J. Marazzo is responsible for the management of the Company's properties in Jersey City, New Jersey, and Manhattan, which total over 5 million square feet and include Harborside Financial Center and 101 Hudson Street in Jersey City and 125 Broad Street in Downtown Manhattan.

Prior to Mack-Cali's acquisition of Harborside in 1996, Mr. Marazzo served as the complex's general manager. His past positions include vice president and director of asset management for Sumitomo Realty Corporation, Inc. (New York); vice president and asset manager for Chase Manhattan Bank; and portfolio manager for Cushman & Wakefield in New York.

Mr. Marazzo has a B.S. in civil engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, an M.B.A. from the University of Rhode Island, and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mr. Marazzo is admitted to the New York Bar. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Boys and Girls Club of Hudson County and as a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Nicholas Mitarotonda, Jr.

Vice President, Information Systems

Nicholas Mitarotonda is responsible for Mack-Cali's management information systems (MIS), including systems planning, support, purchasing, research, and development. He is also responsible for managing revenues generated from the Company's telecommunication and cellular roof top installations. He oversees the Company's broadband development effort, and is responsible for meeting year-on-year Sarbanes-Oxley compliance standards for information technology.

Associated with Mack-Cali and its predecessor company, Cali Realty Corporation, since 1994, Mr. Mitarotonda has over 20 years of experience in the technology/real estate arena.

Mr. Mitarotonda holds a B.S. degree in business administration from Seton Hall University.

Janice H. Torchinsky

Vice President, Human Resources

Janice H. Torchinsky is responsible for all human resource functions within Mack-Cali, including employment, employee relations, internal corporate communications, training and compensation, and benefits.

Prior to joining Mack-Cali, Ms. Torchinsky held the position of senior director of human resources for Liz Claiborne, Inc., in North Bergen, New Jersey, where she developed global employee relations policies and programs and directed the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements. Previously, she was director of human resources for the Saint Barnabas Healthcare System.

Ms. Torchinsky received her B.A. in business management from Simmons College.

Daniel Wagner

Vice President, Senior Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary

Daniel Wagner is responsible for a broad range of Mack-Cali's legal activities, including sales, acquisitions, and financings.

Prior to his association with the Company in 1998, Mr. Wagner held the position of counsel, commercial real estate department, for Herrick, Feinstein LLP. In 1985, Mr. Wagner clerked for Gary S. Stein, associate justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Mr. Wagner received his B.A. degree in psychology, magna cum laude, from Columbia University, and his J.D. degree from Cornell Law School, where he served on the Cornell Law Review. He has also served as a lecturer, speaker, and moderator for such organizations as the New Jersey Association of Realtors, New Jersey Builders Association, New Jersey Mortgage Bankers Association, New Jersey School Boards Association, and First Union Bank.

Jeffrey Warner

Vice President, Leasing

Jeffrey Warner is responsible for Mack-Cali's leasing efforts for the New York and Connecticut regions, which includes Rockland and Westchester counties in New York and Fairfield County in Connecticut.

In 1989, he joined the Robert Martin Company, a predecessor company of Mack-Cali, and held positions in leasing as representative, director, senior director, and managing director.

Mr. Warner is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and holds a B.S. degree in marketing from Providence College.
