55 Corporate Drive, Building IV, is a proposed four-story, 205,000 square-foot class A office building. Construction for this build-to-suit for sanofi-aventis commenced in July 2009, with completion expected in mid-2011. The building will serve as an expansion of the North American headquarters for sanofi-aventis, which occupies the adjacent 670,000 square feet of office space in three buildings on the 154-acre site.
