Holiday toy drives.
Donate a toy and help put a smile on a child's face.
Mack-Cali is holding toy drives at many of its properties this holiday season to help disadvantaged children. Toys for Tots and other charitable organizations collect new, unwrapped toys, which can be left in the drop off boxes at participating Mack-Cali buildings. Toys for boys and girls ages 13 to 16 are especially needed.
View the list of participating properties. Deadlines for donations vary, please check the list for your property.

Over 160 Mack-Cali tenants attended the October 24th game between the New Jersey Devils and the Philadelphia Flyers at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. The Flyers had their first 2008-2009 regular season win by beating the Devils 6-3. |  |

Book fairs with a charitable twist.
In October Books R Fun® held book fairs at One River Centre in Red Bank, NJ (above) and 30 Knightsbridge in Piscataway, NJ. Ten percent of the total sales were donated to local charities. |
Marshalls promotes its "Love Affair of the Sole" at Harborside Financial Center.
On October 3, Marshalls "Love Affair of the Sole" mobile Shoe Haven stopped at Mack-Cali's Harborside Financial Center in Jersey City, NJ. Visitors were invited to view the latest styles, indulge in foot massages, and take home a game piece for a chance to win shoes for a year.

On September 17, the annual Tenant Appreciation Event was held at Harborside Financial Center in Jersey City. Over 15,000 tenants were treated to ice cream, games, raffle prizes, a special performance by Jersey City Arts Public High School, and much more!

June 12 was Mack-Cali's annual 280 Corporate Center Tenant Appreciation Picnic. The event drew a crowd comprised of tenants, vendors and local officials. The attendees enjoyed delicious food, a DJ and carnival games. |

Book fairs were held in April at Capital Office Park in Greenbelt, M.D. and Princeton Forrestal Village in Princeton, N.J. A portion of the sales is donated to charity. |

The atrium at Harborside Financial Center in Jersey City, N.J., was a stop last fall on the Artist Studio Tour presented by Pro Arts Jersey City and The City of Jersey City. For two days, hundreds of artists throughout Jersey City opened their studios and displayed their work for the public to enjoy. Mack-Cali welcomed a group of artists to display their work in the building's atrium. |
